Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, any other statutory rights and remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser for products purchased directly through DesksOnline.com.au and is not transferable.
What does our warranty cover?
Our warranty covers the following:
Product Accuracy: The product you purchased matches the provided description/specifications and any representations made about the product to you.
Manufacturing Defects: The product, excluding parts and consumables, is free from defects in materials and workmanship on delivery to you for the duration of the warranty period.
Normal Operation: The product is free from defects that prevent normal operation and function.
Warranty Period
15-Year Warranty: Most of our standard products are covered by a 15-year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and functional issues for the reasonable expected lifespan of the product under normal use and conditions. This demonstrates our confidence in the quality and durability of our furniture.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from our standard 15-year warranty:
Custom-made and made-to-order items: These items may have specific warranty periods that will be clearly indicated on the individual product pages.
Discounted or clearance items: These items may have shorter warranty periods, which will be clearly indicated on the individual product’s page on our website.
Other Items as indicated: From time to time we may exclude certain items from the 15-year warranty period, this will be clearly noted on our website.
Making a Warranty Claim
We strive to make the warranty process as simple as possible. If you encounter an issue with your product, please follow these steps:

Products Damaged in Transit
We take great care in ensuring all products are securely packed and transported in pristine condition. However, if an item is damaged during shipping or part of your order is missing, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your delivery. To help us expedite a replacement or product exchange and facilitate a claim with the shipping carrier, please include your order details and a clear photo or video of the damage.
Issues Beyond the Warranty Period
We stock a comprehensive inventory of replacement parts for purchases even after the warranty period has expired. Should you encounter an issue with a product outside the warranty timeframe, feel free to contact us.
