Returns and Exchanges
At DesksOnline.com.au, we understand that choosing the perfect desk for your workspace is crucial, whether you're setting up your home office or revamping your work environment. We've got you covered with our latest height-adjustable desk technology!
We want you to be thrilled with your DesksOnline.com.au purchase. We're confident you'll love it after trying it out. However, if you decide to go with a different desk size, color, chair, or any other accessory, we're happy to facilitate an exchange. Likewise, we acknowledge that on rare occasions, our products might not be the ideal fit for your needs. That's where our return policy comes in.
We offer a straightforward return and exchange policy, allowing you to return any purchased item within 30 days from the delivery date. You can choose between store credit, a refund, or an exchange for another product, provided the returned items meet the following criteria:
- You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us.
- The product must be in "as new" condition, with no signs of use, wear and tear, or damage. We cannot accept returns for items that are not in a resalable condition. For instance, this applies to desktops where the tabletop has been secured to the frame using wood screws, rendering it unsellable.
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all product stickers, manuals, and tags.
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- A copy of the order invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the returned product.
- The return excludes custom orders and bulk orders (more than one desk). We reserve the right to reject returns for quantities exceeding three of any other item.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, you must obtain authorization from DesksOnline.com.au. To initiate the return process, please contact our helpful team members via the Contact Us page on our website or directly by emailing info@desksonline.com.au. We'll provide you with detailed return instructions.
Important Note:
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges due to a change of mind.
Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items
In the instance that your order arrives damaged, malfunctions upon arrival, has missing parts, or you receive an incorrect item, we'll rectify the situation as soon as possible.
